Thieves Loot Omaha Depot Office While Guard Off Duty
A group of tramps robbed the Omaha and Northwestern depot office during Mayday dinner hour when no guard was present. They smashed a gum machine in the men’s room, took about fifty cents, pried open the cash drawer in the office, and broke the ticket case lock but did not recover money from the safe. They escaped before discovery and police investigate the incident.
