He answered three questions on road, bridge, and culvert design, earning recognition from highway engineers. A native of Ann Arbor she lived in West Bend then Marshfield, widow with two daughters Mrs Pors and Mrs Harns. Funeral at St Alban's church with Rev Graeme Davis, then interment in West Bend beside her husband. Daughters, grandchildren, and Marshfield chapter Daughters of the American Revolution mourn her.
