Left eye lost after saloon brawl in Chili town

Hans Dahl a Chili resident, in a free for all at Chit saloon, suffered the loss of his left eye. He was bandaged at Dr Budie’s and later taken to St Joseph’s Hospital where the eye ball was removed. Dahl, a railroad section man, quarreled with Mike Mann in a melee that left him sprawled on the floor. Mann awaits arrest once Dahl leaves hospital.
