Rudolph Fulweiler pleaded guilty to the Stratford murder of Jennie Riehle on June 30 1907. Judge Silverthorn sentenced him to life in Wallona state prison with hard labor and solitary confinement on the anniversary of the victim's death. His family attended, and he was taken to Waupun that night.
