Death of Mia Decker and Local Political Notes
Mia A Decker died suddenly of heart disease Tuesday afternoon. She was born September 23 1825 in Centre Union Co Pa and married Simon Decker in 1846. Funeral held at the Methodist church attended by family and friends. Republicans nominate a full ticket including Palmer, Kidney, Rowley, Hoagland, Blue, Ryder, Thwing and several constables. Reports from nearby towns note school business, farm news, and community events amid a string of brief notices and advertisements.
