The Wolverine Rangers were organized on Wednesday evening in California with officers including Foriat Agent James Pratt and J. D. Poris. Directors include Randall Hobart as chairman and George W. Hong as captain. Members listed include James Pratt Edwin C. Noyce Horace C. Ladd and many others. The company plans departure for their western assignment on April 5 rendezvousing at Independence by April 5. Membership open until March 18 under directors' supervision.
