Receiver puts Cincinnati Jackson & Mackinaw line under Toledo Milwaukee control

A 1897 court order transfers the Cincinnati Jackson & Mackinaw line from Toledo to Allegan, Michigan to the Toledo & Milwaukee Railroad Co. The receiver Frank B. Drake notes all related contracts are assigned to the T&M Railroad Co. and operation will be exclusive. Townsend to Compete in National Championships in New York

Amateur sprinter A W Townsend of this city trains for the A A U championships to be held in New York August 23 on Manhattan field.
