Louis Co. Miller, a well known attorney, died last night at 11 18 at Battle Creek hospital after an abdominal obstruction operation. Born fifty four years ago in Marenge township, he built a noted law practice with his brother C D Miller, served on city councils and helped shape franchises for electric railways. He leaves a widow Minnie and five children, Carrie Phoebe and Adelbert among them, with Bertha surviving. Continued on Page 3.
