Hiram N. Ryder Dies at Benton Harbor
Hiram N. Ryder, aged man, died at his home in Benton Harbor after taking Paris Green early Sunday. He was found by his wife in critical condition and died despite three physicians. He had moved from Michigan's Athens Township to Fredonia and later farmed west of Myron Ryder’s property. Interment was in Oakbridge cemetery after services at the Ryder home. Alyrda Ryder, his son, learned of the death en route and returned home.
