Oaklawn crane aids Civic Center in Marshall upgrade
Oaklawn Hospital loaned its 400 foot crane to the Marshall Civic Center Trust to lift three cooling units onto the two story Civic Center roof and move pre formed parking structure panels. The effort saves about 1500 and showcases community cooperation. The ramp construction, costing two million, will add 350 parking spaces across 11 12 levels and partially reopen November 16 with full completion by December 31.
