The Clark county Board of Supervisors met Sept 13 1909 in regular session with all members present except Madden The minutes were read and approved Transportation for Arthur Jennings and daughter to Eye and Ear Infirmary Chicago was discussed and orders approved Several claims for insane hospitals schools jails and poor farms were examined and approved or tabled including items for Southern Hospital for Insane General Hospital for insane John W Lewis Everett Connelly and many others Township Poor Claims and Telephone Printing and Insurance claims were reviewed and motions carried for payment and adjournment The Board also filed reports from Finance Printing Telephone and County Superintendent on school funds and expenditures
