Frank Walker pardoned after ten years in prison

Burglary Suspect Shot Near Iopolis Store
Charles Gideon of Terre Haute aged about 23 and a companion tried to break into a store on Iopolis Monday night. Gideon was fatally wounded or likely to die, after being found weak by a farmer and handed to authorities. He had a troubled police record in youth. his companion escaped.
