Hyde bound over on three of four counts in embezzlement case
Justice Merrill ordered A O Hyde bound over to the circuit court on three counts of embezzlement as a public official and as an agent. The fourth count was dropped by the defense, and the amount involved was reduced from 5000 to 3000 dollars. The circuit court may hear the case at the May term. Porter urged the appeal to quash the complaint for binding over on three counts instead of choosing one.
