The Marshall Lions Club opens a global Peace Essay Contest for youth ages 14 to 21 as of January 15 1967. The award pool totals 50000 with 25000 first prize eight regional prizes of 1000 and travel to Chicago for finalists. Local entries close December 10 with details from Marshall Lions clubs.
