Sealed proposals due by 10 p m October 11 1910 to the Oilfield Drainage District Clark County Milnois for digging a drainage ditch with open and tile laterals catch basins and related work. Bids open at Coral Green's store in Oilfield and funds require a five percent certified check. Plans available from Davison Bartlett Marshall Tilmon Thomas T Ewing Westfield Bank and Westfield office. The district reserves the right to reject all bids.
