Death of W. C. Wallace in Anderson township
William C Wallace died at his home in Anderson township after a lingering illness from consumption. Funeral services were held at the family residence conducted by Rev Eckles and interment followed in Marshall cemetery. Wallace was born in Coshocton county Ohio April 1861. He married Cynthia Fuller on August 31 1833. They had eight sons and one daughter, with two children preceding him in death.

Trouble for Guthneck at Danville printing plant

Rebecca Newlin Warner born August 18 1859 in Parker Township died October 13 1915 near the old school house on the family farm. She married Alfred H Warner March 26 1882 and had two sons Howard and Oscar. Funeral services were by Rev. Stout and burial was in Good Hope Cemetery.

Battle in Anderson township ends with fines after clash at factory
Violence erupted last Thursday near a losses factory operated by Dan Day and Riley Davis. Dan Siverly accused Davis of payment disputes and insult led to a melee where Day was injured and both Siverly youths involved. Day found guilty of assault and fined five dollars plus costs. Riley Davis pleaded guilty to assault and was fined twenty three dollars and costs.
