Clark County county bond plan for hard roads approved
Clark County Illinois supervisors in special session Oct 5 endorsed a 360000 bond issue to build permanent yard roads. The plan calls for a 5 percent interest rate, ten yearly installments, and a ten year direct tax to retire the debt.
