Illinois completes broad farm law changes across departments
Illinois lawmakers passed wide amendments touching farm practice welfare and state finances. The measures include veterinary salary boosts, watershed funding, eminent domain for small municipalities, backers of drainage and zoning reforms, stronger animal cruelty penalties, egg and poultry rules, fireworks and trailer safety standards, and tax act updates affecting property, sales, and use taxes. The changes also rename state colleges, adjust driver licensing, and set new highway and school bus safety rules.
Revival to Open at Ohio Chapel Next Sunday
