Mr and Mrs Frank Welsh of Marshall depart for New York and fly to Paris for the International Rotary convention from May 24 to 28 as delegates from Marshall Rotary Club. They will visit Italy Switzerland Germany Holland Belgium and spend about ten days in England before returning home around July 10 aboard the Queen Mary.
