The matter is expected to be disposed of on the date set. Carlin Simpson of Edgar county was arraigned Friday before Police Magistrate Raymond Buechler on overloaded truck charge for the March 29 Clarks ville road incident. He was fined 109 dollars plus costs total 115 30 dollars. Anyone driving a truck with load over 24 000 pounds faces a fine.
