The Clark County Fair board met in Martinsville and organized for the year. S. H. Elledge was elected president with Walter Briscoe as vice president, G. C. Cunningham as secretary, and J. C. Brydon as treasurer. Directors appointed were Temple Lovett Frank Kettering Oscar Shawver and Alfred Bennett. The fair is planned for the last half of August.

Farmer Markets Twenty Heifers From Own Breeding
Sperry Claypool of Dolson Township marketed 20 Hereford heifers last week, from his own breeding. They sold for $10.35 through the Producers' Commission Association at Indianapolis. Mrs Minnie B Irwin died Friday at home near Marshall at 36. Funeral Sunday at Spiketown church at 10:00 led by Rev W A Wortman. Interment Marshall cemetery. Her survivors include a husband and seven children. Also noted are the deaths of Woolter Reynolds and Suchas Reynolds with funerals conducted by Rev J E Evans and burial Forsythe cemetery. Survivors include three daughters Mrs Kittie Fawley Mrs Al Hemphill of Paris and Mrs Curtis Burns of Douglas township and one son Victor Reynolds.

Acetylene Tank Blast Injures Two Men Near Ridgefarm
