Kenneth Rasner son of Mr and Mrs Wilson Rasner route 4 Marshall has been chosen for a four year army ROTC scholarship. The award covers tuition books fees and other expenses plus 50 dollars a month subsistence during school months. Ken will attend Rose Polytechnic Institute and has held multiple leadership roles including class officer president of junior and senior classes and officer positions in Industrial Arts Club Traffic Safety Club National Honor Society student council and Hi Y.
