Two warrants for assault and battery were issued Wednesday in Squire Craig's court for Herman Summers colored, porter at the National Dixie Hotel. Summers left Marshall Wednesday morning and has not been seen since. Indianapolis cyclone hits LeGore house recently. Miss Marjorie LeGore's home in Indianapolis was wrecked by a cyclone that struck the east part of the city on May 23.

Marshall's quota for the Salvation Army drive is 900 dollars this year and Clark county's is 1450 dollars as stated by A. E. Ramsdale representative of the Army. The drive runs June 6 to June 11 with possible tag day the following week and Clark county Post No. percent of the American Legion backs the effort.
