A Clark County homemakers camp is planned for August 4 to 7 at Memorial Camp in Monticello Illinois. The full camp costs 11 dollars from Sunday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon with optional extension to Friday through Theta Rho girls for an extra 6 20. Activities include stained glass crafts a book of poems thoughts or recipes and a Hobo Party costume. Participants bring crafts to display and instructions for any craft to be copied for the booklet. George H. Sweitzer born June 29 1889 in Darwin township Clark County Illinois lived here his whole life. He married Pearl Downs September 29 1915 and had three children Kenneth predeceased him in 1939 Betty twin Fred survive along with sisters Rose and Estella. He joined Pilgrim Holiness Church of Marshall in 1960 and died July 7 1963 at age 74. a note of gratitude appears from Betty Fred and Virginia Sweitzer.
