A community plea urges Marshall to adopt a City Beautiful plan with hedges, parks, clean streets, and decorative plantings. It calls for an improvement committee, active women volunteers, and a superintendent to lead beautification while noting local social visits and residents traveling to Iowa and Terre Haute.
