Not Guilty Verdict In Dram Shop Case Returns
The jury found all defendants guilty as to both plaintiffs in the dram shop act damages case of Ronald Haddix and Guinevere Koppler v Ruth Morgan and others. Three people were injured in a Derby hill collision near Motel on U S 140. Mrs Goekler suffered broken ribs and injuries.
