Highway bids sought for paving Route 11 section 45
The highway department will accept bids in Springfield on February 29 for a paving project on Route 11 section 45. The new strip lies east of Martinsville, bypasses the Pennsylvania railroad crossing, underpasses the rail line, and reconnects with the old road near Martinsville city limits.
