Reno Schlosser and Aby Schlosser with children visited Mr and Mrs Albright. Bll Meehling visited John Renner. Mary Lee and Harold Lee spent weekend with relatives in Terre Haute. Willie Nave and wife welcome a baby in East McDaniel

Willie Nave and wife are the proud parents of a baby born Thursday morning. Alva Wells spent last week at the fair at Robinson. Mrs. A. BE. Francis and children visited the Robinson fair Friday. Fred Stanfield and John Phillipps spent Wednesday night on the banks of the Wabash river. Will Sackrider and wife and Barnett Sackrider and family spent Sunday at the Snavely reunion at Oak Dale farm in Melrose township. Jesse Spraker and wife visited relatives at West Union. Ira Monk of West Union was a caller in the vicinity Saturday evening. Wallace Elliott hauled coal from Martinsville Tuesday and Wednesday.

Eddie Cartright suffered a severe accident Thursday evening when a shotgun discharged from his buggy, injuring his right arm and leading to amputation at Charleston hospital.

West York Church Meeting Draws Big Sunday Crowd

An all day Church of Christ gathering in West York drew many locals and guests. Elders Will O Neal of Shelburn led services with numerous area families visiting, including the Seigel and Hawkins families, the Clements reunion, and travel from Marshall Palestine and Mattoon with many conversations and dinners.
