Frank McCammon station on State Route 1 near West York junction faced two prior break ins. Tuesday night the three teens and two younger boys from Marshall entered again. McCammon fired over their heads, fatally wounding Mike Noyes in the leg. Noyes, and two English youths face future court dates. Duran and Chilton arraigned with bail set.

Tractor accident costs man part of arm near Marshall
Marlow Grindle of Route 2 Marshall was mowing on Floyd Wesnitzer farm when a tree limb blocked the mower. He stopped to remove the limb and was thrown into the power take off losing his left arm about halfway to the elbow. He walked to the Wesnitzer home before an ambulance took him to Union Hospital Terre Haute for treatment.
