Work began Saturday on a new vault at The Marshall State Bank. It will measure 12 feet by 7 feet by 8 feet, with steel lining and a four foot thick concrete base. Bank VP W. E. Shade Boy Injured After Crossing Street
Glenn Shade four year old son of Mr and Mrs Cap Shade of Auburn was struck by a Terre Haute driver Monday morning as he started to cross the pavement to reach his father. A large gash was found on the back of his head and he was bruised but not seriously hurt. He was taken to Dr Mitchell in Marshall for treatment.
