Louis Gregory to Appear in Concert Here

Indiana mother drowns two sons in bath tub

Chester, Pa. December 6. Mrs Ida Twaddell, 36, killed her two children Kenneth, 3, and Herbert, six months, by drowning them in the bathtub after saying she could not bear to watch them grow. Police report details follow.

Judge Hatch Upheld In Four Cases

Circuit Judge Blaine W. Hatch had 50 judgments sustained by the Supreme Court in a recent session. Four cases from Calhoun and St Joseph counties involved convictions or mortgage foreclosures, and a burglary insurance dispute. The court ruled foreclosure publication in a newspaper satisfied notice requirements. robbery was not criminally equivalent to burglary. Dense Fog Disrupts Transport From London to Berlin

A broad fog blanket spanning hundreds of miles slowed sea and land traffic from London to Berlin. About two hundred vessels including ocean liners and small craft were halted, with routes from London Bridge to South End blocked. Weather conditions stranded passengers and disrupted schedules along the coast and channel passages.
