Boston bandits hunted after deadly cemetery shootout
A trio of bandits held a Jamaica Plain saloon, killed a watchman, wounded several others, and fled into Forest Hills cemetery. Police surrounded the area at dawn. a “big Yege” bandit was killed after a long exchange of fire. One suspect was cleared by police and released. Edmundo Gutman identified as the dead gunman.
