Tragedy in Tunica Woman Shoots Attorney Lowe
Mrs. Jacob Weinstein a 19 year old married woman in Tunica Mississippi shot and fatally wounded attorney J B Lowe on a street. Lowe had previously killed Perry M Houston in a March 31 incident over a Yazoo levee board election. Weinstein arrested after the shooting.
