The Civil War veteran T. J. Claxton died Thursday night at his Car Bondale home. Funeral held Saturday at 2 pm at Shiich church. He married Miss Jane Hill and later Mrs. Jeno Teley, survived by children in Marion Johnston Co Bearden Elkville and elsewhere. In Herrin a coroner reported Herman Deniatti’s death as traffic fatality involving a Dracy Supply Co truck. jury verdict uncertain.
