Family illness and deaths mark small town week
The Fry family and several of L Deihls children are listed as sick. A child of Peter Bolin died last week. Ira Gray died of consumption leaving a wife and two children. Rev L Li Pinnell preached at the Methodist Church. Peter Bolin and wife left for Arkansas while GW Hahn, the postmaster, welcomes a newborn son and plans for a future clerk.

Rev Hembree preached Saturday evening Sunday and Sunday. J H Watkins and A C King left with another cattle drive Thursday. Mr and Mrs J M Tally bereaved by the death of a child last week. Prof J M Allen went to the St Louis fair and the kids are unemployed. avid Fields, the fireman, moved out after his defeat. It is reported Rev Ralph Robins killed his best horse Monday night. Last Friday evening Dave Mann's Little Jim won the 800 yard race.
