The Hollinger County Sheriff announces a sale of unsold school lands and county lands to secure school fund payments. Forty acre lots will be offered at the courthouse steps in Marble on March 13, 1890, with terms: 20 percent cash, rest in 12 months at 8 percent interest, two security, notice published in Marble Hill Press.
In the Bollinger County Circuit Court a special tax execution, returnable at the March term 1890, orders sale of parcel described as lot 1 in the northwest quarter and lot 2 in the northeast quarter, section 2, township 20, range east. Sale to occur at the Marble Hill courthouse, at 8 am and 6 pm, for cash on a certain day, to satisfy the debt secured by the tax levy.
State of Missouri Hollinger County levies execution on real estate to satisfy a debt in a March term case. Property includes 40 acres in the northeast corner of the southeast quarter township 2 south range east, to be sold at Marble Hill courthouse at public auction on March 11, 1890 between 11am and 5pm for cash to satisfy the writ and costs. Special sheriff John Huskey governs.
