Per Judge of the Circuit Court HON. ROBERT A. ANTHONY the current incumbent announces his candidacy for Judge of the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit subject to the action of the democracy.
Warlike tone from the Orient as Republicans plan a March 22 convention in hastily described windy terms. The piece also laments fires, snow, floods, and harsh weather harming people and property, mentioning political pledges and calls for honorable office holders amid editorial opinions.

James Hartle marries Miss Effie Smith on January 21 at the bride’s parents home with Rev Charleton officiating. Town quiet after last Wednesday night painting incident with no serious injuries. Sabbath school grows under J M Roe and A J Statler. Methodist folks plan a parsonage at Patton soon.
Logan Seabaugh is reported quite ill at this writing while Thomas Statler undertook a business trip to Cape County. The item closes with a friendly nod wishing success to The Press.
