Public sale authorized on deed of trust notes

The acting sheriff of Bolinger County Missouri may sell property described in a deed of trust at public auction to the highest bidder for cash if James R Kinder and Cordelia Kinder fail to pay off and discharge the debt and interest when due. The whole debt becomes due and payable upon default or refusal to pay. At the request of the legal holder of said notes a sale may proceed.
