A thermometer on the northeast front of the Mans field Hotel recorded daily readings at 6 am over the past week. Friday showed 0.48 above zero, Saturday 0.10, Sunday 0.3, Monday 0.50, Tuesday 0.20, Wednesday 0.42, and Thursday 0.2 above zero.

County, Hartville and Norwood will host the teachers regular examination on March 5-6, 1915. Examinations start at 9 am and end at 3:30 pm, with applicants writing by number as before. Norwood candidates must pay the fee and obtain their number prior to the exam. one fee covers all three examinations.

A school of instruction will be held in the morning, public speaking in the afternoon, and degree work at night at local lodge hall. Delegations from neighboring towns are expected and the town proudly anticipates the honor.
