The letter from THOS. L. RUBEY of the U.S. House of Representatives dated December 22 1915 thanks W A Black of Mansfield Missouri for the Mirror subscription. He sends a 2 dollar check and expresses pleasure in reading the local paper and learning of nearby events. Seasonal regards accompany the note.

The Ozark County Times of Gainesville issued by Gainesville High School faculty and students under Superintendent Prof. J. A. McKinley. the issue described as highly creditable. Ava High School also contributed positively with a recent Douglas County Herald number.
