Forman F H A Officers Hold First Meeting of Year
The Forman Chapter of F H A elected officers and welcomed new home economics instructor Mrs. Lois Eckman. They planned monthly activities and a September 17 weiner roast on the Forest City campus with members bringing supplies and table service. Manito Shifts To Central Standard Time This Fall
The Village Board approved returning Manito to central standard time at midnight Saturday as part of cooperation with Forman School Unit. A yearly procedure will apply: standard time in September, daylight saving in spring, and daylight saving through June July August.
