Manilla Rural School Prize Day Delighted by Big Attendance
The Manilla Rural School held a prize distribution at the Palais on Tuesday night, delayed by generous patronage from parents and friends. Headmaster J B Mord praised the strong turnout, with seating added from nearby houses as many sat on the floor. W F Gannon and Ald G R Grill presented primary and various class prizes, with cups and school badges for athletic winners, and a Christmas greeting to all.
