Manilla Council Holds First Meeting After Election

Manila Municipal Council convened with full aldermanic attendance. Ald. A. G. Macleod re-elected Mayor, and Ald. G. Grill named Deputy Mayor. Doring welcomed, previous committees retained with Doring replacing Pavy, and discussions covered electoral roll irregularities and voting qualifications for the recent municipal election.
