Mary Broadway sues Tolliver Broadway for divorce in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida Manatee County. An affidavit shows Tolliver cannot be served, resides in Sarasota, and is over 21. He must appear March 4 1907. failure will yield a decree pro confesso. Publication runs weekly for four weeks in the Manatee Record.
