West Branch-Nmalvern couple wed in outdoor ceremony
Sara Jean Murphy and William Robert Blackburn were married at the bride’s West Branch home in an outdoor ceremony under oak trees. The bride wore an off-white cotton gown. attendants wore brown printed dresses. After a barbecue reception, the couple planned a three week honeymoon in Europe and a Fort Lee New Jersey home. On September 10 1977 at 7 p m the First Christian church Glenwood hosted a candlelight double ring ceremony uniting Rosanne Tackett and Dennis Nutting with Rev Wayne Sigler officiating. Parents Ralph L Tackett Glenwood and Thomas I Nutting Malvern. The bride wore an ivory silk organza empire gown with Queen Ann neckline and Venise lace accents. Veil cap adorned with pearls.
