Thirty five ladies and children heard a talk on Rhodes with pictures as Gordon Frink ran the projector. Numerous gatherings, birthdays, church events, youth activities, parades and a 68 band Band Day noted. Public notices detail precinct voting places and times in Mills County Iowa with a pole line open from noon to seven.

Henderson News: Local Ladies Visit Red Oak Hospital

Mrs. Elmer Bergantzel Bert Morris and Melva Christoffersen called on Mrs. Robert Jones in Murphy hospital Red Oak Sunday. Mrs. C A Frisk held a Sunday School class picnic at her home last Monday. Some class members were promoted. Mrs. Jim Stenger spent days in Red Oak hospital for asthma treatment and returned home Tuesday afternoon after consulting a doctor in Omaha.
