Hastings Bible School at St Johns Methodist Church

Hastings Bible School will be held at St Johns Methodist Church from June 7 to 11 daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mrs Roger Hudson serves as superintendent and kindergarten teacher. Elementary teachers include Mrs Dean Darby Mel Darrell Taylor and Sandra Goodwin for first and second grade Evelyn Tudor with Beverly Wall and Sandra Cunningham for third and fourth grade Ruth Scott with Janet Goodwin for fifth and sixth grade Roxanna Vanve with Sandra Stogdill for supervision.

Mrs. Ula Hamilton entered Nishoa Cottage rest home in Malvern. Petersons Bartertate After Graduation Party

Mr and Mrs Marvin Peterson hosted a post graduation gathering at their home with relatives and friends from Nishus Valley School and surrounding families. Attendees included the Lane and Wiles families, the Rashe and Lincolns, and several local church members. Services listed for Hastings Methodist with Sunday School at 9 am and Morning Worship at 9 55 am.

Federated Club Plans Final Summer Meeting

The Federated Woman's Shop will hold its last meeting of the summer on Friday June 4. A noon dinner will be served at the Gold Crown Inn in Red Oak. Reservations must be made by June 1 with Lola Wedrin or Ida Pierce. Club dues for 1966 are payable at this meeting.
