Mills County Board of Supervisors met April 1939 with Plumb Watts and Anderson present. They approved last meeting minutes and numerous claims, adopted weed-control orders, appointed weed commissioners by township and city, and set dates for weed destruction programs with penalties for noncompliance. They adjourned to May 4, 1939.
