Moisture limits for 1961 corn price support relaxed
Unusually wet fall and winter slow drying, so the maximum moisture for ear corn tested in March and April is raised to 21 percent and 18 percent respectively. May tests keep 16 percent. Shelled corn moisture above 14 percent still discounts after July 31. Relaxation aims to broaden loan eligibility before May 31.
