Biggerstaffs Celebrate Golden Anniversary in Open House
Ms and Mrs A M Biggerstaff marked their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by sister Stella Conad on Nov 7. Married Nov 6 1926 in Malvern they long worked at Malvern Cold Storage and later moved to Fresno California where they have nine descendants. Seventy five friends attended and relatives surprised the couple when her brother in law and sister in law Ed Walker flew in for the event. They have one child Iona Caroline of Fresno and two grandchildren Cindy and Phill Santa Anna Mraff. Mr Biggerstaff was employed at Valley Motors for many years before retirement.
